Early Departure Fees

An early departure fee of one night’s stay will be charged if you decide to depart sooner than your reservation departure date.

For those that arrive earlier in the day on Wednesday, March 14th, we will be kicking off VMSA Live with a little fun with non-traditional networking via icebreaker games, lazy river races and more! No additional registration is required.

VMSA’s Creative Director, Jim Coughlin, is also a master yoga teacher and practitioner with over 30 years of yoga practice and 15 years of teaching yoga under his belt. He will be leading an “all-level” yoga class every morning of the event. No additional registration is required.
