Frank DeArmas serves as Chief Information Officer of ZeroChaos, a leading global integrated workforce management solution provider helping more than 140 companies in over 50 countries become smarter users of their extended workforce, optimize spend, mitigate risk, increase performance and make informed business decisions. Mr. DeArmas provides overall strategic direction to ZeroChaos’ industry-leading technology, analytics and informatics solutions across the company’s global operations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
In his previous role, Mr. DeArmas was Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Global Surgery for Johnson & Johnson headquartered in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He was responsible for all IT activities for the Johnson & Johnson Global Surgery Group North America and for any franchise related solutions that were deployed globally. He was also responsible for the Professional Education and R&D Centers of Excellence.
Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mr. DeArmas spent over 25 years in the banking and financial services industry most recently with Whitney National Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Operations & Technology. In this role, Mr. DeArmas was responsible for leading the bank’s back office Operations, Security / Business Continuity and Technology to include Architecture / Strategy, Delivery / Development, Infrastructure and Operations.
Mr. DeArmas received his BBA from Northwood University and his MBA from California Coast University and is a proud veteran of the US Army, having served 8 years.
