9:30 - 10:30 Total Talent Management: Unlocking Value Across the Workforce Ecosystem
John Healy, Chief Executive @ Whrrr.work
UNMET OPPORTUNITY
While many organizations have taken steps towards total talent management, too often there is a sense that there is more that can be done. Each actor within the ecosystem seeks growth and expanded opportunities, but too often increased value for one party means decreased value for another.
MARKET READINESS
With the immense opportunities available through the advent of new technologies, alternative business models, and rapidly evolving consumer based expectations the entire ecosystem is poised to unlock both increased productivity and new forms of value.
HIGH TIDE RAISES ALL BOATS
Enterprise leaders responsible for workforce solutions along with the workforce technology and service providers that make up the broader ecosystem will come together to challenge the value of existing operating models supporting “total talent” to determine what points of friction can be overcome through collaboration and exponential thinking.
Walk aways…
One of the hallmarks of ClubVMSA events is engaging participants rather than listening to lectures.
In this workshop, we will use design thinking principles to experience the exponential impact that can be made when a broad set of members of an ecosystem come together to solve problems. We will leverage the unique perspectives and collective knowledge of the Club VMSA attendees to better understand each other’s perspectives by dissecting four specific elements of many total talent programs – the MSP, Direct Sourcing, Gig/IC engagement, and the technology stack.
We will step away from our individual needs to address the collective opportunity, identifying the value intended with each program element (and for each stakeholder), the points of friction that dilute the intended value, and the innovation opportunities available.
The learnings will offer a roadmap for those responsible for workforce strategy, program deployment, and product development!

What our members say...
After going to YOUR EVENT end of 2022, I tell people, if you have to choose between Event A, B or ClubVMSA, I would choose ClubVMSA because the venue is intimate, the conversations are more open – where other events it feels more regurgitated. I highly recommend ClubVMSA events.
Pamela Randall
I have been a member of ClubVMSA for many years both as a provider and an enterprise buyer. There is tremendous value in joining this organization. It has been refreshing to have a monthly forum to openly discuss innovation and issues with peers and quarterly meet-ups to learn more about how the market place is adapting. There is no excuse – join now!
Geoff Dubiski
I attended ClubVMSA Executive Round Table event this past week in Half Moon Bay. It was wonderful to make new connections, see old friends, and share thought leadership around workforce programs with Procurement and Talent Acquisition Executives. Thank you for bringing us together and hosting such an impactful event.
Irenee French
ClubVMSA balances virtual and in-person events SO WELL and I believe it is a model that other organizations supporting other industries could follow. While I love the in-person events, I totally agree there is a (substantial) place for building strong virtual pathways to delivering information and making connections.
Allen Chilson
Hello… hope all is well. Thanks again for accommodating my hotel request. Even in the midst of being busy you always show up for your clients … At your level you are very hands on and have a personal touch that I love!

You guys do a GREAT JOB balancing the engagement of the participants – both virtually and in-person.
