Event Participation Terms
Positions and representatives
Each partnership position includes one representative. Additional representatives require an additional available position at the applicable published price.
Availability
Availability is shown in good faith and can change as agreements are signed. Positions are confirmed only once a partnership agreement is executed.
Published pricing
Prices shown in the Partner Portal are published rates for individual positions. Preferred annual partnership pricing may be available based on overall commitment; the ClubVMSA sales team determines any final negotiated annual partnership pricing.
2027 Early Commitment
Qualifying 2027 annual portfolios include a Provider Membership; higher qualifying portfolios include a ClubVMSA Intelligence Membership instead. Qualifying portfolio levels and membership values are shown after Provider sign-in. Early Commitment benefits apply to qualifying 2027 portfolios with a signed agreement and required initial payment received by October 31, 2026. Membership benefits do not stack. Event pricing is not discounted. After October 31, provider membership is purchased separately unless otherwise contracted.
Room composition
ClubVMSA curates every room to protect the enterprise-to-provider balance. ClubVMSA reserves the right to determine final participation and seating.
